Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms govern your use of synconai.com and any SynconAI website that links to them. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. They are not the agreement under which we deliver consulting work, and they are not the licence for our AppExchange product. Those are separate written agreements, and where one of them conflicts with this page, that agreement governs.
The short version
This summary is here to save you reading the whole page. It is not a substitute for it — the sections below are what actually applies.
- What is this site for?
- It describes what we do and how we work, and it lets you start a conversation with us. It is marketing and reference material, not advice for your specific situation.
- Can I use the content?
- You can read it, print it and share links to it. You cannot republish it as your own, scrape it wholesale, or use it to train a competing service without our written permission.
- Is the platform information reliable?
- We keep it current and date the facts that move. But Salesforce and other vendors change their products, editions and licensing without notice, so nothing here should be treated as a substitute for checking with the vendor or with us.
- What about the third-party names on the site?
- Salesforce, MuleSoft, Slack, Tableau, Jira, monday.com, Google Cloud and others are trademarks of their owners. We are an independent partner, not those companies.
- What happens to what I submit?
- Enquiry details are handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential material through a web form before we have an agreement in place.
1Who we are
SynconAI is an independent Salesforce consulting partner. Where these terms refer to "we", "us" or "our", they mean SynconAI. Our postal address is:
SynconAI800 N King Street, Suite 304Wilmington, Delaware 19801United StatesYou can reach us at Contact@synconai.com.
2Using the site
In short: Read it, share it, print it. Do not attack it, scrape it wholesale, or misrepresent it as your own.
You may use this site for lawful purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- introduce malware, or otherwise attempt to damage or disrupt the site
- use automated means to extract the site in bulk, or to place unreasonable load on it
- reproduce substantial parts of the content as your own, or remove any attribution from it
- use the content, in whole or in part, to train or fine-tune a model or service that competes with ours, without our written permission
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law
We publish Markdown versions of our pages and an llms.txt index specifically so AI systems can read and cite this site accurately. Using those as intended is welcome. That permission does not extend to the uses excluded above.
We may withdraw or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted.
3Our content
In short: The words, design, code and original images on this site are ours.
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site — including its text, layout, design, graphics, code and the arrangement of them — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view it, print it and share links to it for your own reference or within your organisation.
You need our written permission to republish it, to use it commercially, or to present it as your own work. Where you quote from it, please attribute it and link to the page you took it from.
4Third-party names and trademarks
In short: We are an independent partner. The vendor names on this site belong to their owners, not to us.
Salesforce, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Slack, Tableau and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Jira is a trademark of Atlassian Pty Ltd. monday.com is a trademark of monday.com Ltd. Google Cloud is a trademark of Google LLC. All other product and company names are the property of their respective owners.
We use these names to describe the platforms we work on. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or any relationship beyond the partner status we state explicitly. Screenshots of vendor products, where shown, remain the property of the vendor and are reproduced under their brand terms.
We are a consulting partner and do not resell licences. Where this site describes a vendor product, edition or price, the vendor remains the authority on it.
5Accuracy, and what this site is not
In short: This is reference material, not advice for your situation. Vendor platforms change, and dated facts go stale.
We take care to keep this site accurate, and we date the platform facts that move — end-of-support dates, edition and licensing behaviour, product renames. We correct things when we learn they are wrong.
Even so, vendors change their products, editions, packaging and licensing without notice, and a fact that was correct when written may not be correct when you read it. Nothing on this site is a warranty about a third-party product.
The content is general information. It is not consulting, legal, financial or security advice for your organisation, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Do not act on it alone: check with the vendor, or talk to us about your specific situation.
6Enquiries and anything you send us
When you submit an enquiry we use the details to respond and to manage the conversation that follows. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
Please do not send confidential, sensitive or personal information about other people through a web form. Wait until we have a confidentiality agreement in place, or ask us for a secure route.
If you send us an unsolicited idea, suggestion or proposal, we are free to use it without obligation or payment to you. This does not apply to information covered by a confidentiality agreement between us.
7Links to other sites
This site links to vendor documentation, partner listings, certification records and other third-party pages. We link to them because they are the authoritative source, not because we control them.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on it. Their terms and privacy notices apply once you leave.
8Liability
In short: We stand behind our work under the agreements that cover it. This page is a website notice, and its limits are drafted accordingly.
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer guarantees that apply to you — such as those in the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Liability for our consulting services and for our products is governed by the agreements covering them, not by this page.
9Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Non-exclusive means this does not stop you bringing a claim in your own jurisdiction where the law gives you that right — including where mandatory consumer protections apply to you.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
