Business-hours coverage is standard, and extended coverage is available as an option. True 24/7 P1 critical coverage is available as an add-on or custom agreement for suitable Scale, Strategic and Embedded environments. We would rather say that plainly than imply round-the-clock cover at every price point.

Standard plans are month to month, subject to the applicable service terms. We do not require an annual commitment to receive normal pricing, and there is no standard onboarding or setup fee. Annual billing is optional: it costs 20% less and is invoiced once a year, on the terms set out in your service agreement. Very large transformations may require separate discovery and scoping.

Use Surge: temporary additional capacity for a launch, migration, urgent integration or backlog spike, in defined periods such as 7 or 30 days, without permanently changing your plan.

Use Standby rather than ending the relationship. It keeps your Workspace, documentation, architecture context, system knowledge and access set up so that restarting does not mean re-onboarding. Active delivery and response SLAs pause while you are on Standby.
