## What this is

One technology partner across Salesforce, custom software, AI agents and applications, business automation, integrations and APIs, data and reporting, architecture, ongoing support and continuous optimisation. The customer does not buy a new service or sign another SOW because the technology a priority needs has changed. Plans are month to month with no standard onboarding fee.

## Plans

Prices are per month, billed monthly and month to month. Annual billing is optional at 20% less, invoiced once a year: Foundation 600 a month, Momentum 1,200 a month, Velocity 2,000 a month, Scale 3,600 a month, Strategic 6,000 a month, Embedded 10,000 a month.

### Foundation - $750 per month

A technology team in your corner.

- Hands-on delivery: 12 hours / month
- Active delivery: 1 smaller priority at a time
- Response target: Within 2 business hours. Critical: within 1 business hour.
- Unlimited request intake
- Dedicated RUN support lane
- Salesforce admin, config, reports and Flows
- Fixes and smaller enhancements
- Monthly health review and architecture session
- SynconAI Workspace and Value Report
- QA, architecture and documentation included

Choose Foundation if you: Have a Salesforce org that needs looking after; Need fixes and smaller changes, not a build; Have no administrator in house.

Everything below is the SynconAI standard on every plan, including this one.

### Momentum - $1,500 per month

Turn the backlog into continuous improvement.

- Hands-on delivery: 30 hours / month
- Active delivery: 1 continuous build stream
- Response target: Within 1 business hour. Critical: within 30 minutes.
- Includes everything in Foundation
- One continuous build and improve stream
- Named delivery lead
- Monthly backlog planning
- Sales and Service Cloud improvements
- AI workflows, APIs and integrations
- Portal and custom-software enhancements
- Priority Switch, no new SOW

Choose Momentum if you: Have a backlog that never seems to move; Want one improvement stream always running; Are ready to automate, not just maintain.

Something meaningful should normally reach review or production each week, subject to complexity, access and your own dependencies.

### Velocity - $2,500 per month

Your continuous technology delivery team.

- Hands-on delivery: 60 hours / month
- Active delivery: RUN + one BUILD initiative + one IMPROVE stream
- Response target: Within 30 minutes. Critical: within 15 minutes.
- Includes everything in Momentum
- One substantial BUILD initiative, always active
- A smaller IMPROVE stream alongside
- Independent RUN lane
- Weekly priority meeting
- Senior architecture oversight
- Delivery plan within 1 business day
- Quarterly health review

Choose Velocity if you: Are building something substantial this year; Cannot let support queue behind that build; Want senior architecture on the work.

Large initiatives are broken into incremental releases rather than disappearing into a long project.

### Scale - $4,500 per month

Run today while building what comes next.

- Hands-on delivery: 110 hours / month
- Active delivery: RUN + two major BUILD streams + improvements
- Response target: Within 30 minutes. Critical: within 15 minutes.
- Includes everything in Velocity
- Two build streams at once
- Named senior solution architect
- Architecture and release governance
- Technical-debt management
- AI and automation opportunity reviews
- Licence and cloud-spend review
- 30-day hypercare on major releases

Choose Scale if you: Need two substantial builds moving at once; Want release and architecture governance; Are carrying technical debt worth paying down.

Priority Switch target: reorganise an active delivery priority within 4 business hours, without a new SOW.

### Strategic - $7,500 per month

Run the technology roadmap with us.

- Hands-on delivery: 180 hours / month
- Active delivery: RUN + three initiatives + continuous EVOLVE layer
- Response target: Within 15 minutes. Critical: within 10 minutes.
- Includes everything in Scale
- Three initiatives at once
- Solution architect, delivery lead and BA
- Full-stack, AI, automation and data specialists
- Roadmaps owned with you
- Security architecture review
- Vendor and licence rationalisation
- Executive Value Report and QBR

Choose Strategic if you: Own a multi-year technology roadmap; Need AI, data and full-stack specialists; Report progress to an executive team.

At this tier we stop waiting for tasks: we actively surface wasted spend, manual process, architecture risk and technical debt.

### Embedded - $12,500 from, per month

Your external technology department.

- Hands-on delivery: 300+ reserved hours / month
- Active delivery: Multiple simultaneous programmes
- Response target: Within 10 minutes. Critical: within 10 minutes.
- Includes everything in Strategic
- Reserved multidisciplinary delivery pod
- Dedicated core team plus specialist bench
- Product ownership support
- QA, release and incident management
- Security governance and change management
- Technology-cost and vendor optimisation
- Custom SLAs, optional 24/7 P1 cover

Choose Embedded if you: Need a department rather than a supplier; Want reserved capacity and custom SLAs; Run several programmes at the same time.

Team composition is matched to your roadmap. This is a managed pod with reserved capacity, not eight named people each working full time.

## What delivery hours mean

Your delivery capacity is for building. We include the professional services around it.

Architecture, QA, delivery management, documentation and our internal coordination do not eat into your hands-on delivery capacity.

Uses the customer's delivery capacity:
- Salesforce configuration and development
- Application and web development
- Automation implementation
- AI agents and AI implementation
- Integration and API work
- Data work and technical configuration

Included, never charged against that capacity:
- Our internal meetings and coordination
- Project and delivery management
- Solution architecture and architecture review
- QA, code review and release preparation
- Deployment planning, documentation and release notes
- Correcting defects we introduced

## Included on every plan

- One roadmap: Salesforce, software, AI, automation, integrations, data and support priorities all live in one place, prioritised together by value.
- Support has its own priority lane: Production issues are triaged separately from planned delivery, so urgent operational work is not buried underneath the roadmap.
- Your systems. Your code. Your IP.: You own the customer-specific code, Salesforce metadata, automations, documentation and designs, subject only to normal third-party and open-source licensing.
- We stand behind what we build: If delivered work does not meet the agreed acceptance criteria because of our implementation, we correct it without consuming additional delivery capacity. New requirements, changed requirements and additional scope return to the roadmap.
- Delivery Reserve: A quiet month does not simply disappear. Up to 25% of unused eligible monthly delivery capacity carries forward for up to 90 days.
- Our defect. Our cost.: If SynconAI introduces a reproducible defect in work we delivered, correcting it does not consume your normal delivery capacity.
- Continuity, not handoffs: No sales-to-junior handoff. The architects who shape the solution remain accountable through delivery and ongoing improvement. The team may scale with the work; context and ownership stay with SynconAI.
- Value reporting: Every plan gets reporting on what shipped and what it changed, not a bill counting hours consumed.

## Beyond the monthly plans

- Technology Blueprint ($1,500 to $2,500): A current systems map, business-process review, Salesforce review, and the AI, automation, integration and custom-software opportunities we can actually see. Plus data issues, technical debt, licensing and spend review, risks, and a prioritised 90-day roadmap. 100% of the Blueprint fee is credited toward Momentum or above when the plan starts within 30 days.
- Surge: For a product launch, an urgent integration, a migration, a major release or a temporary backlog spike. Available in defined periods such as 7 or 30 days.
- Standby ($250): Keeps your Workspace, documentation, account and architecture context, system knowledge, access setup and the relationship itself. Active delivery and response SLAs pause while on Standby; emergency or project work can be activated separately.
- Transformation: Complete Salesforce implementations, large migrations, multi-cloud programmes, complex Revenue Cloud or Field Service work, major portals and applications, significant AI implementations and enterprise integration programmes. Fixed scope, fixed milestones, defined outcomes and dedicated capacity at a commercially agreed price. After go-live this transitions naturally into Velocity, Scale, Strategic or Embedded for ongoing optimisation.

- Do not trial our people. Trial our delivery. For selected organisations, we agree one bounded outcome and deliver the first win at our cost. It can be Salesforce, software, AI, automation or an integration. Selected organisations only. Scope subject to approval. Third-party licences and consumption costs excluded.
- 14-day confidence guarantee: If a new standard-subscription customer decides within the first 14 days that SynconAI is not the right long-term fit, they can cancel and receive 50% of their first month's subscription fee back, subject to our service terms.

## Credentials

SynconAI is a Salesforce Select Partner and a OpenAI Select Partner. 20+ enterprise implementations, 16+ architect-level certifications, 7 salesforce clouds in production, 100% architect-led delivery. Architect, developer, consultant and administrator credentials across the Salesforce platform, kept current.

There are no client logos, testimonials or case studies on the pricing page.

## Cost against the alternatives

The pricing page carries a calculator that recommends a plan from three inputs — hands-on hours needed each month, how many workstreams run at once, and the response target on a production issue — and returns the cheapest plan clearing all three. It then costs that same work three ways: an in-house hire (base salary plus on-costs at 28% and first-year recruitment at 18%, over 1,750 working hours a year), a consultancy at a blended hourly rate, and the plan. Every figure is arithmetic on figures the reader enters. SynconAI publishes no industry average, no savings percentage and no benchmark of its own, and the calculator states when hiring is the cheaper option.

## Plan comparison

All 46 capabilities are compared across all six plans on the page, grouped as: Delivery capacity, Response and support, Your team, What we build, Engineering practice, Visibility and reporting, Commercial terms.

## Claim discipline

All stated response times are acknowledgement targets during contracted coverage, not resolution times. Request intake is unlimited; active delivery is governed by the plan's capacity and concurrency, and SynconAI does not claim unlimited development. AI accelerated. Architect governed. Human accountable. We use AI-assisted engineering internally to move faster. You do not absorb the risk of uncontrolled AI-generated work: a named human professional remains accountable for what ships.

## FAQ

### Are the delivery hours ordinary consulting hours?

No. They are hands-on implementation capacity: configuration, development, automation, AI, integration and data work. The architecture, QA, delivery management, documentation and internal coordination required to deliver your work are included around that capacity rather than taken out of it. It is the difference between buying developer hours and quietly losing half of them to overhead.

### Can we use our plan for Salesforce one month and custom development the next?

Yes. That is the whole point of the model. The same relationship covers Salesforce, custom software, AI agents, automation, integrations and data, and you do not need a new agreement or a new vendor because the technology the priority requires has changed.

### Are requests really unlimited?

Request intake and roadmap items are unlimited: submit as many requests, ideas, bugs, enhancements and questions as you like. Active delivery is governed by your plan's capacity and concurrency. We will not claim unlimited development, because no one can deliver it.

### What counts as a major initiative?

A larger business outcome delivered across multiple incremental releases rather than one long project: a customer portal, a Service Cloud rebuild, an AI agent in production, a significant integration programme. We break these down so something usable appears early instead of at the end.

### Can we change priorities mid-month?

Yes. Priority Switch applies according to your plan and contract. From Momentum upward you can reprioritise active delivery without finding another vendor, signing another agreement, starting another sales cycle or paying an administration fee simply to change the order of your own work.

### What happens to capacity we do not use?

It goes into your Delivery Reserve: up to 25% of unused eligible monthly capacity carries forward for up to 90 days. A quiet month does not simply disappear.

### What if SynconAI introduces a bug?

Our defect, our cost. If SynconAI introduces a reproducible defect in work we delivered, correcting it does not consume your normal delivery capacity.

### Do we own the code?

Yes. Customer-specific source code, Salesforce metadata and configuration, workflows, automations, documentation, architecture deliverables, designs and repositories belong to you, subject only to normal third-party and open-source licensing.

### Is training included?

Yes, for material delivered functionality: admin walkthrough, user walkthrough where required, release notes and basic documentation. We do not raise a separate bill for the enablement that makes the work usable.

### Do you offer 24/7 support?

Business-hours coverage is standard, and extended coverage is available as an option. True 24/7 P1 critical coverage is available as an add-on or custom agreement for suitable Scale, Strategic and Embedded environments. We would rather say that plainly than imply round-the-clock cover at every price point.

### Can we cancel?

Standard plans are month to month, subject to the applicable service terms. We do not require an annual commitment to receive normal pricing, and there is no standard onboarding or setup fee. Annual billing is optional: it costs 20% less and is invoiced once a year, on the terms set out in your service agreement. Very large transformations may require separate discovery and scoping.

### What if we need significantly more capacity for a short period?

Use Surge: temporary additional capacity for a launch, migration, urgent integration or backlog spike, in defined periods such as 7 or 30 days, without permanently changing your plan.

### What if we do not need much work for a few months?

Use Standby rather than ending the relationship. It keeps your Workspace, documentation, architecture context, system knowledge and access set up so that restarting does not mean re-onboarding. Active delivery and response SLAs pause while you are on Standby.

### What if we need a full transformation programme?

That runs as SynconAI Transformation, with fixed scope, milestones, defined outcomes and dedicated capacity at an agreed price. A normal monthly subscription does not pretend to cover an enterprise implementation, and after go-live the work transitions into an ongoing plan.
