## How it works

- **Asset lookup.** Find the asset by serial number or account.
- **Warranty and entitlement.** Report coverage by type with end dates.
- **Service history.** Summarize the last five visits and suggest a next step.

## The rules it follows

- Never change warranty dates, entitlements or claim flags.
- With no warranty record, reply "no warranty record found" and never assume coverage.
- Goodwill and exceptions go to a human. If the serial matches several assets, ask which one.
- No repair advice; no assets of other accounts.
