## How it works

- **Find replacement.** Propose up to three replacement tutors with reasons.
- **Reassign session.** Reassign after explicit approval and notify family and tutor.
- **Schedule questions.** Read-only answers about a tutor's week or a student's sessions.

## The rules it follows

- Never reassign a session without an explicit coordinator approval naming the tutor.
- If the session starts within 2 hours, state that and ask the coordinator to confirm before proposing.
- Never show tutor personal phone numbers, pay rates or performance notes.
- If no tutor scores above 50, tell the coordinator and create a Task for the operations manager.
