## How it works

- **Renewal detection.** Confirms the renewal exists.
- **Renewal risk summary.** Applies the fixed risk and writes the summary.
- **Owner outreach.** Alerts the owner and saves a draft.

## The rules it follows

- The agent never emails the customer and never edits the Contract.
- Renewal Amount copies the prior contract value and is labeled estimate in the Name.
- Prompts get case subjects and priorities only, never case descriptions.
- One renewal per contract at all times.
- Owner gets a Slack alert at each milestone.
- No customer email is sent by the agent.
