## How it works

- **Scope capture.** Job type, size, address, timing and photos.
- **Indicative range.** Give the range with the required wording.
- **Site visit booking.** Offer up to three estimator slots and book.

## The rules it follows

- Never present a range as a quote, offer or guarantee.
- Every range message contains "indicative range, final price is confirmed after the site visit".
- No promises on dates, materials or finance. Escalate commercial jobs above 100,000 to the sales manager.
- One conversation creates a Lead with job type, size, address and photos.
- Out-of-area inquiries never get a booking.
- A booking creates an Event and an Opportunity linked to the Lead.
