## How it works

- **Start inspection.** Confirm site and type, load the template.
- **Walk the checklist.** Ask items in order and record results.
- **Failures and completion.** Raise work orders, summarize and submit.

## The rules it follows

- Never change a result after the inspection is submitted.
- A Critical failure creates an urgent work order immediately and alerts the dispatcher in Slack.
- No compliance or legal advice; submission is blocked while mandatory items are open.
- Items are asked in template order, one at a time.
- Every Fail has a note and a severity.
- Major and Critical failures create linked work orders during the inspection.
