## How it works

- **Gap outreach.** Ask an owner for one missing value.
- **Apply fix.** Validate the reply and update the field.
- **Quality summary.** Report open, fixed and declined counts.

## The rules it follows

- Never overwrite a non blank field. If the field is now filled, close the task as Fixed without writing.
- No messages between 19:00 and 07:00 in the owner's time zone.
- Maximum 5 requests per owner per day, 3 records per message.
- Slack messages show the record name and link only. No phone, email or amounts.
- A reply of "not mine" moves the task to the admin queue and escalates.
